Start in the Warm Room

Your event begins in our warm room overlooking the ice, where guests can mingle, enjoy food, and purchase beverages from our on-site bar. Outside catering is welcome. Events are typically three hours long. 

Learn to Curl

Our experienced instructors will lead a "Learn to Curl" session where they teach the basics before guiding your group through fun, team-based games and friendly competition on the ice.

Spectators Welcome

Not everyone has to curl to enjoy the event. The warm room provides a comfortable space to relax, socialize, and watch the action.

Led by Club Volunteers

Charlotte Curling is a member-run organization, and our events are led by experienced volunteers who are passionate about sharing the sport and creating a welcoming experience for first-time curlers.

Groups of 1-16 Curlers: $1,600

Groups of 17-32 Curlers: $2,500

Groups of 33-48 Curlers: $4,000

Groups of 49-64 Curlers: $5,500

Spectators are welcome to attend free of charge and may watch the event from the Warm Room.

Select Weeknights 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM

No Weekend Availability

Private Events are conducted on select dates from late September through early April. Charlotte Curling is closed for the summer, May through early September. Please see our available dates below.

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
• The remaining balance for your event is due at the conclusion of the event and must be paid on-site by credit card or debit card.
• Any charges incurred at the on-site bar are due at the conclusion of the event and must be paid on-site by credit card or debit card.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable. 
• All alcoholic beverages must be purchased through the club bar. Outside alcohol is prohibited under North Carolina law.
• Outside food and catering are permitted.
• All participants must sign a liability waiver before stepping onto the ice.
• Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. We recommend participants be at least 12 years old.
• Clean athletic shoes are required on the ice. Boots, heels, sandals, and street shoes are not permitted.
• All participants must follow the instructions of Charlotte Curling instructors, volunteers, and event staff at all times.
• Charlotte Curling reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest.
• Charlotte Curling reserves the right to remove any participant from the ice or facility without refund for unsafe behavior, failure to follow instructor directions, intoxication, or conduct that poses a risk to themselves or others.
• Charlotte Curling reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, facility issues, or conflicts with club programming. In the unlikely event this occurs, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
