It’s time for our required annual pond inspection and there are some maintenance items we need help with to get the pond in shape. We need to remove the accumulated leaf litter and debris in the pond at the rear of the club. There likely will also be lower tree limbs that need trimmed/removed, bushes trimmed, etc. We also need to add some fresh mulch in the basin bottom (about 3 inches thick). The end of the outlet pipe and riprap apron on the far side of the embankment in the woods also needs to be cleaned of dirt, roots, brush, or any blockage.
