Grits 'n' Granite

Step into the dazzling Gritsino Royale! This year we are bringing back our Casino-themed Bonspiel. Grits 'n Granite 2024 will have a 3 game guarantee with all lunches and dinners included. We will have entertainment Friday evening, but the real showstopper is going to be the action-packed Casino Night being held on Saturday evening. This year's event promises to be an exciting fusion of curling and casino entertainment.
HOW TO REGISTER
Out-Of-Town Teams
Early Registration is invite only starting on May 12th at 6pm!
Registration opens Sunday May 19th at 6pm!
Charlotte Curling Members
We have 3 WAYS for you to participate in GRITS and GRANITE 2024.
1. Sign up as an out-of-town team

From May 19th to June 19th an out-of town team will be defined as no more than 1 Charlotte curler plus 3 out of town folks.

On June 19th, if spaces remain, an out-of-town team will be defined as no more than 2 Charlotte curlers plus 2 out of town folks!
2.The FULL team knockout lottery

Your entire team must be entered in the form on the registration page by 6pm on Sunday June 2nd.

On the evening of Tuesday June 4th, we will draw the names of the 4 Charlotte teams who will get to play in this year's Grits and Granite!

Remaining teams will then be randomly ranked to determine the order in which teams will be added if any additional spaces become available. In the event your team is subbed into another team's spot, you will be assigned to whatever draw that team dropped out of.

3. The individual list to sub in for out-of-town teams

Leave the entire team entry blank and just put your name and email and be assigned a team that needs a sub. You must be available for ALL draws on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Room block information will be emailed to all confirmed participants in June.

*Any cancellations after September 17th will only be refunded if another team can be found to take the place of the team cancelling*
