CCA President Elect
Julieann Dellibovi
Some of you might know me from various league nights, in-house spiels or from the original Coronaspiel Facebook curling games, but for those of you who don’t, my name is Julie Dellibovi. I have been a member of Charlotte Curling for seven years, after attending a wonderful Yelp Learn to Curl event. This curling community has certainly become a second family to me and I have enjoyed traveling to bonspiels with many of you, curling in leagues or just some laughs both on and off the ice. I have enjoyed being a part of the board - promoting the sport and welfare of the club, along with our connections off and on the ice. When I am not curling, you can find me in the classroom teaching 2nd grade or spending time with my family – which consists of our future curlers, Hannah and Noah, and my husband Rob.

Amy June
Hello there! My name is Amy June. I am a newish curler. I am originally from Buffalo, NY. I have also lived in a lot of different places up and down the east coast. I now live in Landis, NC with my husband Kevin and our 2 dogs Layla , Roxie and our cat Gus. I joined and started curling back in the February 2022 season after an Olympic Learn to Curl. After that I quickly signed up with some friends and joined the Tuesday night league. I like to say after our first game I got bit by the curling bug real hard and immediately went out and bought shoes and a broom. I know this is something I will continue to love and enjoy for a long time. I quickly jumped into volunteering for lots of different opportunities at CCA. I helped with corporate events, LTC, bonspiels and ice preparation for the fall season. I consider like many that CCA is my second home. In December I also helped co-chair the Fighting Hornet 5& Under bonspiel. I had such a great time planning and running the event. You truly never know how much work and dedication is needed until you help run a bonspiel. I am so passionate about the sport but most of all the community that comes along with it. I hope to be elected to the board to help keep making Charlotte Curling Association a wonderful fun second home of everyone
Kevin Stevens
I have been a curler for 15+ years. I started curling out of the Utica Curling Club when my father introduced me to the game after I finished college. Three years ago I was looking for a change and to move. I knew Charlotte had a dedicated curling facility and that sealed the deal for my move here. I joined Charlotte Curling immediately and have come to realize it was one of the best ideas I've had. I am running for the Board of Directors to give back to the greater curling community, as it has given me so much over the years, as well as to contribute to strategic decisions that will continue to push our club forward.
Nate Wright
I’m Nate Wright and this is my second year curling and with CCA. As relatively new curlers my wife, Megan, and I have tried to get as much ice time as possible so we have played on pretty much every league as a participant or sub. If I haven’t met you on the ice you have probably seen me behind the bar! If elected to the board I bring 17 years of operations and control experience at a large financial institution. I believe that skill set will be transferable in helping out the club with project management, budgeting and looking out for the speed bumps that may pop up in the future. Regardless of the outcome of this election I plan to offer my time and energy to help the club in any way I can. Good Curling!
