Cocktails & Curling?!?

That's right! Come on out to try the Olympic Sport of Curling while enjoying some Cocktails in our Warm Room Bar. This is the ideal date night or get together with friends and family to learn a great new sport and enjoy a drink together.

*Please note the minimum age to participate in one of our Learn to Curls is 16 years old (with parent participation). If you are younger than 16, please contact the League Coordinators for Little Rockers (ages 5 - 9) or Juniors (ages 10-17) about scheduling a Learn to Curl during those regularly scheduled league times.

What to Wear

To be comfortable while you're curling, we recommend wearing loose fitting pants (with a belt if necessary) and 2 or 3 layers of warm clothing along with clean athletic shoes and warm socks. We also recommend a warm hat and gloves.

Curling is truly a sport as you'll see, so we don't recommend wearing bulky or restrictive clothes like tight jeans.

We provide all the curling equipment, including a curling broom and slider.

Curling, like any sport, comes with some risk. The biggest is the risk of a fall. While falls rarely result in serious injury there are some who choose to wear helmets or other protective headgear to mitigate the risk of a concussion. If you want to wear a helmet or other protective headgear you’re welcome to do so.

There will be 40 available spots for each session.

Cost and Registration

To secure a spot in a session register yourself or your group below. You must submit payment to complete your registration. Cost is $30 + PayPal fees per person.

*Please note that cancellations within 48 hours of the event date are non-refundable. If events have less than 6 total participants registered, you will be contacted to reschedule for a future date.

Location and directions

Our brand new dedicated curling facility is located at 6525 Old Statesville Rd., Charlotte, NC 28269.

From I-77: Take exit 16A for route 21 and Sunset Road EAST. Travel east approximately 1.3 miles, make a U-turn at the light for Gibbon Road, and go another 0.3 miles until you see the signs on the right.

From I-85: Take exit 38 for I-77 North, then follow the directions above.
