HOT SHOTS Curling Camp is the world leader in adult curling instruction. They have been providing the latest in instructional techniques, strategy, and equipment through intensive on-ice sessions, video analysis, and classroom instruction since 1995. Their instructors are world-class athletes, competitors, and sports educators. Each “camper” who attends a HOT SHOTS Curling Camp becomes a member of a larger international community of campers who have experienced these clinics. Since 1995 they have taught almost 2,000 curlers over the past 15 years.
All previous camps have been held in Canada and northern U.S. cities at curling clubs with a dedicated facility. Charlotte Curling Association, in conjunction with Extreme Ice Center (XIC), is very proud Hot Shots has chosen our club and our facility to break both of those barriers! This will be the first camp held in the southern U.S. AND the first ever camp to be conducted on arena ice. XIC has been instrumental in helping us achieve the ability to host the camp with the recent installation of the laser-guided ice leveling system and their unmatched cooperation and hospitality.
The Charlotte Camp will be held April 26-28, 2013. Cost per camper (curler) is $699 US. There are 72 spots available and they’re available on a first-come, first-served basis. Securing your spot is easy, just complete the following:

Cost of the camp is $699 and that payment may be made in full at any time.
Making a Deposit
You may secure your spot by making a deposit of $400. The remaining balance of $299 is due by February 1, 2013. Any balance not paid by February 1, 2013 will result in that spot being forfeited and opened up to those on the Waiting List. Deposits are non-refundable but ARE transferable to another camp. For check deposits, it’s strongly recommended to include two checks: The deposit and one for the balance post-dated 2/1/13.
